Ravana Ella Waterfall is one of the most famous and beautiful waterfalls in Sri Lanka, located near Ella in the Badulla District. It cascades down a height of about 25 meters and is surrounded by lush green forests and rocky cliffs in the upcountry of the Sri lanka.

The waterfall is linked to the legend of King Ravana from the Ramayana story, making it both a natural and Sri Lankan historical attraction. Travellers often stop here to enjoy the cool mist and scenic beauty, but climbing to the top is risky due to slippery rocks and sudden increases in water flow, especially during the rainy season.
